This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the tejx mobile application (the "App") built under the package name com.tejx.ninezero, and when you visit our landing pages.

To provide a functional habit-tracking and accountability experience, we collect specific types of information, including:

• Account Data: When you register an account, we collect credentials such as your email address and profile identifiers via Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In.
• Habit and Task Logs: We store your custom habit/task titles, category classifications, and daily completion logs (dates marked as done, skipped, or set to Holiday Mode) on Cloud Firestore to synchronize progress across your devices.
• Accountability Duel Data: Duel parameters (join codes, names of duels, and shared challenge task durations) are stored to link partners and evaluate completion.
• Device Information: We access local settings such as timezone offset (for scheduling daily reminders at 9AM, 5PM, and 10PM) and device locale (to determine regional pricing tiers).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your collected information for the following core purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and keep your habit logs secure.
• To synchronize your personal 90-day progress map and duel details across active devices.
• To trigger local reminders and daily prompts at your scheduled times.
• To apply geographic pricing rates accurately based on your country.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot application issues.

4. Data Sharing inside Accountability Duels

A key feature of tejx is the 1v1 Accountability Duel. When you create or join a Duel using a invite code, the other participant in that Duel will have visibility of:

• Your display profile name.
• Your duel task completion records and timestamps.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal habit tracking logs or profile data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use reputable third-party infrastructure components to deliver our mobile app services. These include:

• Firebase Authentication: Managed secure login processing.
• Cloud Firestore: Secure real-time hosting database for tasks and duels.
• Google Play Services: Payment transactions and subscription billing management.

These services maintain their own separate privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

6. Data Security & Retention

We apply industry-standard encryption and security controls to protect your data in transit and at rest. Your account and habit history remain stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, please see Section 7 below.

7. Your Choices and Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to access, edit, or delete the personal data associated with your account. You can request account deletion directly from the Profile Settings screen inside the mobile app. Once requested, your personal profile, linked habit logs, and ongoing duel records will be permanently removed from our active databases.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the revised policy with a revised "Last Updated" date on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
