By downloading, installing, or using the tejx mobile application ("App"), or visiting our landing website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The App is owned and operated by the tejx development team under the package namespace com.tejx.ninezero. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the App.
tejx is a habit accountability utility designed to assist users in completing personal 90-day habits, tracking their consistency grids, entering into 1v1 Accountability Duels with other users, and reviewing historical metrics in the habit Analysis tab. The App is provided "as is" and the development team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.
To use certain features, you must register for an account (usually through email sign-in or third-party authentication like Google Sign-In). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
tejx provides "Accountability Duels" allowing you to challenge another user to a shared habit tracking commitment. When participating in a Duel, you acknowledge and agree that:
We plan to offer a Premium Pass ("Premium") that unlocks advanced features, including custom duel durations, lifetime analysis history, and advanced reminders. Premium plans will be billing on a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription basis via the Google Play Store once launched.
Geographic Pricing Tiers (Targeted Rates): Subscription prices will be dynamically set based on your device's geographical location:
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. All cancellations must be processed via your Google Play Store settings where the subscription was initiated. All purchases are non-refundable except where mandated by local law.
All designs, code, user interfaces, branding, icons, trademarks, and text assets inside the App and on the website (including the logo, Fraunces serif branding, custom charts, and color tokens) are the intellectual property of the tejx development team. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any portion of the App without our express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the tejx development team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the App, including but not limited to habit tracking inaccuracies, lost data, data storage failures, network interruptions, or partner behavior.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your region.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
